I am writing to thank you for the superior level of mechanical and customer service that I experienced in August while having my car serviced by Frantz Automotive. After not having the air conditioning serviced on my Corvette for several years, I expected to have to replace many various parts in order to get it opperational again. To my great surprise the system worked perfectly and only required a recharging.

It is very comforting to see that there are still honest and highly skilled technicians working today, and I will continue to have you service all of my needs hile I am in North Carolina during the summer months. Thank you again!

Thanks for your recent service as my mechanic during my used car purchase and subsequent service with standard tasks such as a simple oil change.

I wanted to let you know, as a new transplant to the Cary area, not knowing any local mechanics, and having to buy my first car ever fresh out of college, your mechanics looked over two prospective cars for me and gave me excellent service, helping me save several hundred dollars. Of course, saving money is particularly important for a young adult, recently graduated. Darryl had helped me with the reviewing of a couple of Ford Focus' and was very knowlegeable.

I also recently went in for an oil change and talked to Mrs. Frantz and she was very helpful and friendly. I wanted to let you know I appreciate the friendly service, as it made me feel like I was in a small town again.
